As the principal of the company, I have a comprehensive home building background in Western Washington with over 20 years of industry application.  I have held construction management leadership positions with well-established local builders, prominent national and multi-national builders, and global capital management joint venture builders.  Being dedicated to residential construction management, I have learned that it’s all about the relationship.  From client and consultant relationships to supply chain relationships, my focus is on establishing real expectations and committing to honest and transparent communication, while working to source a “win win” position for my clients and the project team.

 

Assembling construction cost project economics in line with design specification and market needs, while coordinating a diverse network of professionals and aligning them to work as a cohesive group on our client’s behalf, is my company’s unique talent.
